On the buffet’s carving station, highlights include roasted leg of lamb, sirloin steak, barbecued ribs, roast chicken and more.
Among seafood delicacies both as hot dishes and on ice are Alaskan king crab, white prawn, fresh oysters, and New Zealand and black mussels.
June to August in Thailand is a high point for seasonal fruits, and fresh tropical fruits along with many other dessert selections enhance an outstanding buffet.
