H.E. Dr. Kirill Barsky, Russian Ambassador to Thailand and Dr. Sombat Thiratrakoolchai, President of Thai-Russian Chamber of Commerce (TRCC) were the guests of honour at TRCC 13th Annual General Meeting & Reception for Celebrating the 120 Year Anniversary Diplomatic Relations between Thailand and Russia, held at Napalai Room of Dusit Thani Bangkok. This event was well attended by TRCC members.
