No longer do you have to go all the way to Bangkok’s bustling Chinatown to try the country’s sumptuous ‘La Mian’ noodles; instead, you can sample this Cantonese delicacy here at Centara Grand at CentralWorld, right in the heart of the city at Dynasty restaurant.
Our chefs make these satisfying noodles the same way others have been doing for centuries: first, by needing the flour-based dough until its light and airy enough to be hand-pulled and stretched out, before being cut into thin strands and then hand-pulled again until the right thickness is achieved.
The long noodles are then lightly boiled and served up hot and slightly chewy (al dente-style) either with or without a broth.

• Maine lobster with La Mian topped with Shanghai Sauce
All of our a la carte la mian dishes are available from THB 265++ during the restaurant’s lunch (11.30 – 14.30) and dinner (18.00 – 22.30) services.
