Red Sky’s Five-Course Seasonal Tasting Menu Continues throughout April

As we move into April (and Bangkok gets a little bit hotter), Red Sky restaurant is set to continue its Seasonal Tasting Menu for one final month!

This extraordinary five-course menu has been put together by our in-house Chef Christian Ham, who has spent much of his esteemed career working in Michelin-starred restaurants in both Europe and Asia.

His Pastoral-inspired menu is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with an optional wine pairing (plus THB 1,999++).

Ideal to be enjoyed either inside our air-conditioned dining room – or outside on our breezy alfresco deck 55 floors above Bangkok – some of the highlights of this menu include oysters from the “Cape Horn”, Alaskan king crab with tomato jelly and fennel cream, as well as a succulent lamb leg confit and lamb chop with Navarin sauce, green peas and goat cheese toast. Cap off a memorable rooftop dinner with the indulgent caramelized apple and salted butter-cream mille-feuille with cognac sauce.

All guests are welcome to explore our two other rooftop venues (either before or after dinner), with Red Sky Rooftop Bar located one floor above and CRU Champagne Bar on the very top (59th floor).
