Take for example our “Oysters on the Half Shell” served Thai-style with a delicate mignonette — the perfect accompaniment to a flute of Champagne. If oysters aren’t your thing, go for our Chicken “Tsukune” Meatballs With a yakitori glaze — or for a taste of Spain, try the Assorted Spanish “Joselito” Cured Meats & Cheeses.
Other meat-lovers snacks are the Lamb Kofta With yogurt, cucumber & mint and soft sesame-crusted buns or Foie Gras Served on toast and fritters with cranberry jam. For veggies, don’t miss out on CRU’s Sweet Potato Hummus with cumin and pita garlic bread.
