Feast your eyes on Dynasty’s new Cantonese and Asian fusion signature dishes

Dynasty restaurant, authentic Cantonese restaurant located at Centara Grand at CentralWorld has just expanded its menu – with a range of new signature dishes incorporating luxurious fish, seafood and imported meats from all over the world.

Chef Kongsun Sae-Liang and his team are behind the updated menu, which now includes not-to-be-missed mains dishes like Mongolian chicken; Roasted chicken Peking style; Charcoal roasted; Cantonese lacquered Wagyu prime rib; Grilled Australian lamb chops with Arabica sauce; Charcoal roasted Cantonese lacquered US Kobe short rib and Grilled lamb chops Cantonese sauce.

As well as a range of new appetizers, other highlights include Mexican abalone with shiitake in brown sauce and Japanese abalone and fish maw soup. For more seafood, try the delicate snow fish (either grilled with sake sauce or steamed with honey), as well as stir-fried mud crab and Maine Lobster (cooked in a variety of ways).

Situated on the 24th floor of the hotel in downtown Bangkok, Dynasty’s new signature dishes can be enjoyed together with any of our other a la carte dishes, with a dim sum buffet or as part of a set lunch and dinner. The lunch serving at Dynasty restaurant is from 11.30 – 14.30 and dinner serving is from 18.00 – 22.30 every day.
