The seasons are changing here in Bangkok, and that means it’s time for another brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu at Red Sky, curated by Chef Christian Ham and served 55 floors above Bangkok.

Available to enjoy either inside the venue’s air-conditioned dining room or outside our alfresco deck, this international fine-dining menu places emphasis on high-end ingredients that have been imported straight into Thailand from all over the world.

The full set menu is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with an additional wine pairing option for each course at THB 1855++ extra per person.

The Red Sky Seasonal Tasting Menu for February – March begins with an amuse bouche followed by a magnificent Gratinated Fine de Claire Oyster No.1 and Leek fondue with mariniere sauce

Course to follow are French foie gras custard with red port wine reduction and parmesan emulsion; Steamed Snow fish served in a cockle and globe artichoke, with sundried tomatoes and Italian basil; Sliced grain-fed beef tenderloin with Hennesy VSOP sauce and celeriac and cep Cannelloni.

The menu is completed with either a cheese Platter or traditional Kirsh Bouchon with raspberry cream and fresh wild berries.
