Located on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld, Dynasty restaurant has long been one of Bangkok’s leading Chinese restaurants, with a diverse menu now incorporating other Asian flavors, fusion dishes, as well as a long menu of Cantonese classics.
Curated by Dynasty’s Master Chef Kongsun Sae-Liang and his team, these set menus start at just THB 8,000++. So, based on groups of 10 people, this works out to be just THB 800++ per person!
For more premium produce and flamboyant dishes, you can always go up a price tier to suit your budget, with other menus priced at THB 12,000++ / set THB 16,000++ / set THB 24,000++ / set THB 28,000++ / set and THB 45,000++ / set for the most extravagant menu.
Our full set menus (and each of the dishes included) are available online, but some of the highlights to give an idea include: Grilled AUS lamb chop with Arabica sauce, Charcoal roasted Cantonese lacquered US Kobe short rib, Whole barbecued Hong Kong suckling pig, Baked fillet of beef Hong Kong style, Roasted duck flavored with green tea and Sautéed tiger prawn with X.O sauce.
Dynasty’s banquet-style set lunches run daily from 11.30 – 14.30 and dinner from 18.00 – 22.30 hrs.
