Start with a trio of Thai traditional appetizers, Watermelon topped with Sweetened Crunched Fish, Deep Fried Taro in Triangle Shape and Stir-fried Crispy Vermicelli in Tamarind Sauce. Tiger Prawn in assorted herbal sauce and Crispy pork with garcinia cowa leave in spicy herbal soup will be served as the starter followed by choice of main dishes: Wagyu Beef served with Mussaman Sauce or Red Snapper Served with Chili Paste Sauce and Thai Persimmon Sauce. End the dining with to die for Coconut Ice Cream Served with Green Shredded Rice, Crispy Crepe and Kalamare. The highlight will be, as you dine on every dish, Chef Kaew will relate her food concept’s inspiration. This one-night event is organized to promote “It Started with a Woman’s Dream” August theme under the hotel’s closing campaign “The Timeless Legend”.
