As we say goodbye to Bangkok’s monsoons in November, we say hello to a brand new Seasonal Tasting Menu here at Red Sky restaurant, Centara Grand and Bangkok Convention Centre at CentralWorld.
Red Sky’s Chef De Cuisine Christian Ham and his team are once again rolling out a stunning five-course menu, featuring premium ingredients including foie gras, Maine lobster, Oscietra caviar and more. The full set is priced at THB 2,955++ per person with optional wine pairing at an additional THB 1,899++ extra per person from Now until 30th November 2019.
November’s menu can be enjoyed either inside our air-conditioned dining room or on the alfresco dining deck underneath Red Sky’s iconic glowing arch high above the city streets down below – an incredible setting for an equally impressive meal.
Courses to look forward to include Oscietra Caviar; Pan Seared Foie Gras with roasted pears and dry fruits and chartreuse sauce; Maine Lobster seared in the shell with a light consommé; Veal Medallions and Sweetbread with braised romaine lettuce, glazed baby carrots; Passion Fruit Baba with Malibu jelly – plus an amuse bouche and pre-dessert extras.
