Delta Electronics (Thailand) PLC. showcased its Smart City innovations at the prestigious Amata Beyond 2018 event held at Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate, Chonburi, Thailand. Amata Beyond is an annual event arranged by Amata Corporation PCL, ASEAN and Thailand’s leading industrial estate developer and operator, at the Amata Castle. Delta joined an exclusive group of top global companies invited to showcase its latest smart products and solutions under the event theme- Towards Smart City.
At the opening ceremony, Mr. Curtis Ku, Delta Regional Business Director; Mr. Johnny Tam, Delta’s Senior Business Development Director; and Delta management were cordially greeted by Mr.Vikrom Kromadit, Founder and CEO of Amata Group. Over the next two days, Delta welcomed visitors to discover the smart factory applications of Delta Industrial Automation (IA), Mission Critical Industrial Solutions (MCIS) and Smart Green products and solutions at Delta booth. Some major attractions at the booth were Delta Green Solutions including the 9.6kW AC EV Charger and the 20kW Solar Inverter. Many visitors made inquiries about the capabilities of Delta PV Solutions. Other highlights were the Industrial IoT (IIoT) 3G Cloud Router DX-2100 Series and Ethernet Cloud Router DX-2300 Series solutions and the MCIS Model power supply solution.
During the event, Mr. Vikrom revisited Delta booth to show the media Delta’s smart solutions that tie in with the Beyond Smart City event’s goal to inspire innovation. As an industry leader in Thailand with global operations, Delta leverages its core competencies in power electronics and smart energy management to boost its rapid innovations in smart automation and infrastructure products and solutions.
