Feast on traditional roast turkey with apricot and onion stuffing, legs of lamb with red wine pomegranate jus and Beef Wellingtons paired with roast potatoes, cheesy cauliflower and brussel sprouts with chestnuts, bacon and garlic. Desserts include traditional Christmas pudding with brandy sauce. Children rejoice with stunning gingerbread houses, chocolate Santa and edible Christmas trees. Dance in the New Year
It’s time to say farewell to the last day of 2020 with a spectacular culinary celebration. As guests savour a mouthwatering banquet they can also watch the enchanting performance of Chiang Mai’s most famous dancer, Waewdao Sirisook. By showcasing Lanna culture through dance, Khun Waewdao has won local and international recognition through multiple awards, grants and fellowships. Guests can also dance the night away with live music entertainment from The Voice Season 2 singer, Fangkao Nuttcha. Dance in the New Year for THB 5500 net per person – children under 11 are free.
