Trainees will be introduced to basic operations within a Food & Beverage Department.
They may be exposed to food production, serving, hosting, inventory, purchasing, etc. Trainees
will apply classroom knowledge to hands on experience in one of many different settings such as
restaurants, cafes, dining rooms and eateries
