On Christmas Eve Giordano Roscini, the new Italian chef at Terrazza, Pathumwan Princess Hotel’s renowned Italian restaurant, is preparing for your pleasure a sumptuous 5-course set menu of traditional Italian dishes. This wonderful meal includes Tuscan seafood soup, cannelloni pasta stuffed with meat and ricotta and, as a main course, a choice of salmon fillet, grilled lamb and turkey, or pork cotechino with braised lentils. All this can be enjoyed on the hotel’s 8th Floor beside the magnificent swimming pool, a wonderful setting for a Christmas celebration, for THB 1,200 nett per person including 1 glass of Prosecco.
