Theo Mio at InterContinental Bangkok is staging a complete Italian experience, combining a leisurely brunch with light opera and pop classics provided live by the five-strong FIVERA, Thailand’s first and only classical crossover musical ensemble.
Every Saturdays throughout December, brunch features music by the classically trained FIVERA, who will be performing three sets at 12:30, 13:00, and 13:30 hours.
Theo Mio has introduced the Italian Weekend Brunch with free-flow wines. Highlights include Italian favourites such as bruschetta al pomodoro (grilled sourdough bread with tomatoes, basil and olive oil), porchetta (roast pork belly), a fine selection of pizzas, and scrumptious desserts.
Sparkling prosecco as well as red and white wines will be in free flow along with soft drinks and mocktails including the special Sunkissed cocktail to complement the true Italian-style brunch.
Theo Mio Weekend Brunch is available every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 to 14:00 hours. Price is Baht 1,588++ per person with free flow prosecco, Genesi white and red wine, Sunkissed cocktail, soft drinks and mocktails.
