Available from February 2019 onward, Chef’s 5-course testing menu is priced at THB 3,500++ including wine and THB 3,000 food only. The menu begins with Wagyu crisp, Crab & caviar tart and pumpkin & truffle cappuccino followed by Aero foie gras, Roasted Hokkaido scallops, Line caught cobia and Grilled wagyu short rib. The perfect evening would not be complete without a sumptuous roasted white chocolate and raspberries called “Cornetto on the floor”.
Medici Kitchen & Bar is located on the basement floor of Hotel Muse Bangkok Langsuan, opens daily for lunch from 12 noon – 14.30 hrs and dinner from 18.00 – 23.00 hrs.
