Italy is renowned for its salads, appetisers and charcuterie, and the enormous selection on the buffet includes famous dishes such as beef carpaccio, grilled octopus, and prosciutto, pancetta and salami, served with sauces, dips and olives.

One made-to-order main course per person is available on the buffet.

Homemade pizza, pasta and risotto are available in different styles, there is grilled catch of the day with virgin olive oil, pan-fried sea bass with clam sauce, Kurobuta pork, Australian rib eye with rosemary potatoes, and grilled lamb cutlets.

The Italian desserts are authentically tempting, with specials such as red velvet cake, panna cotta, and of course tiramisu.
