Mr. Somchai Thantham (Back row, 3rd from left), General Manager – Mineral Department of SGS (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a truck scaling developer and installer, recently attended opening and delivery ceremony of the modern truck scaling stations equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and effective data management system in Laos PDR. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Yoshiharu Yoneyama (front row, 5th from left), a JICA Laos executive at Savannakhet Province, Laos PDR. The purpose of developing the system is to provide the fees and fines collection system that is transparent, systematically interconnected, efficient, and traceable.
