Prof. Dr. Kittipong Kittayarak, Executive Director of Thailand Institute of Justice (TIJ) was the guest of honour at the opening ceremony of TIJ International Forum on the Rule of Law and Sustainable Development on the topic of “Converging Perspectives from Global to Regional on the Rule of Law” held at Napalai Ballroom of Dusit Thani Bangkok. This event was well attended by foreign diplomats and honorary guests.
